These are really great and easy on digestion. However last few bags in most recent order were a bit too much like consistency of saltines b/c of lower proportions of millet and flax. But previous orders were excellent so maybe this was just a fluke batch.

We've been consuming these chips for years. We especially like batches that are extra crispy and flakey. I only gave 4 stars because the batches are slightly inconsistent, but they are still very good to eat!
