Frequently Asked Questions

Are your bagels boiled like traditional bagels?

No. Our bagels are brick-oven baked, just like everything we've been making since 1978. The result is a dense, chewy texture that's perfect for toasting and enjoying with your favorite toppings.

Do you offer bagels for different dietary lifestyles?

Yes. Depending on the product, you'll find options that fit gluten-free, low-carb, and other lifestyle preferences. Each product page includes ingredients, Nutrition Facts, allergen information, and dietary attributes.

How should I store my bagels?

For the best freshness, follow the storage instructions on the product packaging. If you won't enjoy them within a few days, freezing them is a great way to preserve their flavor and texture.

What's the best way to enjoy your bagels?

Our bagels are delicious toasted and topped with cream cheese, butter, avocado, or your favorite sandwich fillings. They're an easy choice for breakfast, lunch, or a satisfying snack.

Can I freeze your bagels?

Absolutely! Many customers freeze their bagels to enjoy later. Simply thaw when needed and toast for a warm, fresh-from-the-bakery taste.

I like the smaller size, but they are hard to slice into 2 halves because the bagel is not a complete circle. It falls apart when you slice it because the roll of dough tapers to two points that are joined, and there is not enough dough to slice through.
