My story started when I found out in the late 1990’s that I was allergic to yeast, sugar and fermented foods.
I thought I would never be able to eat bread again.
But I found Sami’s Bakery Bread in a little store in Mauldin, SC called the Red Radish I believe.
I tried it and have been a faithful client ever since. I especially like the sour dough millet bread.
When the store closed in 2007 I continued to purchase Sami’s products online.
Last year I decided to move to Tampa to be with my family. Guess what? Your bakery is just 3 miles from my house!
