Growing up as a kid I had many weird physical problems that were diagnosed as anxiety. It wasn’t until I took a nutrition class in college that I learned of celiac and gluten intolerance. I omitted it from my diet and my “anxiety” symptoms miraculously disappeared. That was 20 years ago and way before the gluten-free craze began and it was extremely hard to find anything that could replace it. Until Sami’s. It was gluten-free, healthy, tasty, AND budget-friendly. It’s been a staple in my life since then (I order it in bulk every few months and freeze it), and I am SO appreciative that they offered these options back when there were no options. And they’re still the best, hands down. Truly grateful for you Sami’s!
