My story relates to Sami’s Bakery!
In December a couple of years ago, I had made an order that was scheduled to arrive a little late (for me) since I had surgery scheduled for that day (Friday Dec 19 ’20). I called Sami’s and asked if there was any way to delay the shipment a few days. Instead Sami’s expedited it at no charge to me and it arrived on that Thursday. Not only that, you included an extra order of chocolate chip cookies and a very cute drawing with “feel better soon! written next to it. That was amazingly thoughtful and kind, and it put me in a very good state of mind for my surgery, which was successful!
